Review & Approval Workflow
The transition from Shared to Published is the final gate in the model lifecycle. This stage confirms that the model is accurate, coordinated, and authorized for use by the wider project team.
- Technical Audit: The designated Approver reviews the model against the specific Information Requirements and BEP standards.
- Authorization: If the model meets all criteria, the Reviewer updates the Status to 'Published' in Plannerly.
- Iterative Correction: If discrepancies or errors are found, the model is rejected with comments, requiring the authoring team to resubmit from the 'In Progress' stage.
Result: Once marked as Published, the model version is locked and becomes the official reference for coordination, quantity takeoff, or construction.
